1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MyTipJars (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
MyTipJars provides a platform for users to create a centralized landing page for their various payment links (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc.). We do not process payments directly; we simply facilitate the sharing of payment information.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MyTipJars cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Payments & Fees
MyTipJars charges a one-time fee for a lifetime membership account. This fee is non-refundable after 30 days. We do not charge transaction fees on the tips you receive through third-party platforms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Harassment, hate speech, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
MyTipJars is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the service. We are not a bank or payment processor and do not hold funds.
